Wiltshire Council has been working to ensure that you have continued access and support around Mental Capacity.  The Partnership is helping to fund this which means that your social care organisation in Wiltshire can access this learning pathway.  If you are not in Wiltshire, please contact your regional partnership to see if they can provide some information for you.

You will need to contact the partnership by completing the form or telephoning the office for a log-in and a password. These are to be kept within your organisation and not shared out.  By contacting the partnership you are agreeing to this principal.

Statement from KWANGO if you are having probs logging on:

Dear Customer,

We have noticed that not everyone who tries to log on to our e-learning courses is able to do so successfully.

1) Entering the website address of your e-learning course in the right place!
You enter website addresses in the Address Bar of your Web Browser, not in the Search Bar of your Search Engine.

Search bars are for searching and you should already know the website address of the e-learning course!

The Address Bar is usually the one nearest the top of your computer screen.

2) The Flash Player needs to be enabled with your web browser!
If you log on to an e-learning course and are presented with a blank white screen you probably don't have the Flash Player installed on your computer.

(I have put the link above for your easy access)

3) The course doesn't seem to work properly, especially the quizzes!
If the course doesn't seem to be behaving itself you may well have an old version of the Flash Player installed on your computer. If you right click your mouse somewhere in the e-learning course window you should see a message box at the bottom of which it says something like About Macromedia Flash Player x, or About Adobe Flash Player x. x should be 7 or greater.

The current version can be downloaded from our website at www.kwango.com/technical.htm or ask your IT department for advice/assistance.

If you have any queries please contact us at the e-mail address below, but the above advice kills 99.9% of all known support issues and should result in happier e-learners!

Best Regards,

KWANGO
