The Learning Exchange Network is an initiative supported by Skills for Care in the South West to support small care service providers to improve service delivery through improving the learning and development opportunities to their staff (developing as a learning organisation). It is a local network, bringing together owners and managers to give them information, advice and support. It may also help managers to look at their own skills in managing their homes and leading their staff." - Skills for Care

Our Day will start at 9.30 am, so do come along earlier for registration and tea / coffee / biscuits. Don’t forget, if you do book to come along, we do continue until 3pm
Wallace will also be looking at what your views have been and sharing your feedback, as well as providing information on the latest updates and looking at the resources available.
Don’t forget to bring your own lunch and something warm to wear, should the room become cold as we do tend to stay sitting for a long time. You are welcome to bring your own mug too
We are continuing to support our growing pool of talent - if you have a craft or hobby, why not bring it along - anything you sell will need to have a donation made to a charity.
