LDQ - Learning Disability Qualification replaced the LDAF from 1st September 2007 and is part of the Learning Disability Programme.  Part of this programme is the basis of learning and each completed Learning Disability Induction Award is supported by Skills for Care, CSCI, CWDC, Local Authorities and is supported through four learning bodies

The LDQ is made up from more than one unit - how many of these can I claim?

You can only claim one LDQ per person as an induction only

Remember, your organisation needs to have completed the NMDS (National Minimum Data Set in Social Care) registration and updated your establishment information with Skills for Care in order to claim any induction
