Training providers are available throughout the UK providing assistance to help with essential training needs in the organisation.

Training Strategy Implementation (TSI) Fund is provided by Skills for Care in the form of partially supporting to a maximum of;

• 1 unit of induction per person,
• Assessor Awards (2 per assessor),
• 5 units NVQ 2 (Where no Train to Gain) can be accessed,
• 7 units of NVQ 3 and
• 7 units for the  Care Level 4 or Leadership and Management NVQ 4 award.

• Currently Wiltshire and Swindon organisations 2010/11  benefit from £70 towards each unit. To achieve the training, consideration of who can provide the training for your organisation is important.
